Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

X by Xylina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
