Returns
Due to the nature of our hair care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
